Because our products may include immediately accessible digital content, downloadable resources, recorded training, live sessions, community access, or personalized mentorship, refund and cancellation terms may differ depending on the product or service purchased.

1. General Policy
All purchases made through AI Growth School are subject to the refund and cancellation terms displayed on the relevant product, course, masterclass, or mentorship enrollment page.
Before completing a payment, customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product details, inclusions, pricing, access period, and refund conditions.
Where a specific product page contains refund terms that differ from this policy, the specific terms communicated for that product will apply, subject to applicable law.
2. Digital Courses and Masterclasses
Our courses, masterclasses, recorded training programs, digital products, and educational resources may provide immediate or near-immediate access to digital content after payment.
Because digital educational content may be accessed, viewed, copied, or downloaded after delivery, purchases of digital courses, masterclasses, and recorded educational products may be non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is expressly offered for that particular product or required by applicable law.

3. Promotional and Low-Priced Offers
AI Growth School may periodically offer courses, masterclasses, workshops, or digital products at promotional prices.

4. Mentorship Programs
AI Growth School may offer premium mentorship programs, including programs priced approximately between ₹35,000 and ₹55,000, depending on the program and offer.
Mentorship may involve reserved mentor availability, onboarding, personalized guidance, live sessions, community access, resources, reviews, strategy sessions, or other services.
Because these services may involve allocating resources and reserving time specifically for an enrolled participant, mentorship payments may be subject to stricter cancellation and refund conditions.
The applicable refund, cancellation, payment-plan, and enrollment terms will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of enrollment.
Where a mentorship program is specifically identified as non-refundable, cancellation after enrollment or commencement of the program may not qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
5. Payment Plans and Installments
If a mentorship or other program is purchased through installments or a payment plan:
The customer remains responsible for payments agreed to at enrollment.
Cancellation of participation does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.
Any applicable refund will be calculated according to the specific terms communicated at enrollment.
Failure to make an installment payment may result in suspension of access to the relevant program or services.

10. Refund Processing

The customer does not achieve the expected business or financial results.
The customer does not generate sales, leads, affiliate commissions, or revenue.
The customer does not obtain approval from an affiliate network, advertising platform, SaaS company, or other third party.
The customer experiences an advertising account restriction or suspension.
The customer fails to attend a live session without following the applicable cancellation procedure.
The customer violates our Terms & Conditions or misuses our educational materials.
These conditions are subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. No Refund Based on Expected Results
AI Growth School provides educational training and mentorship.
We do not guarantee any particular level of:
Income
Revenue
Profit
Affiliate commissions
Sales
Leads
Customers
Business growth
Advertising performance
Therefore, a lack of financial or business results by itself does not establish an entitlement to a refund.
Individual results depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, effort, market conditions, competition, advertising budget, offer quality, audience, skills, and other factors.
13. Cancellation of Live Sessions or Events
If AI Growth School cancels or materially changes a scheduled live session, workshop, webinar, or event, we may, where appropriate:
Reschedule the session;
Provide an alternative session;
Provide equivalent educational content; or
Offer another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
The appropriate remedy may vary depending on the nature of the program and applicable terms.
14. Mentorship Scheduling and Missed Sessions
For mentorship programs that include scheduled calls or sessions, participants are responsible for attending at the agreed time.
If a participant misses a scheduled session, the availability of a rescheduled session will depend on the specific mentorship program terms and mentor availability.
Repeatedly missed sessions may not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or extension.
15. Access Termination Due to Policy Violation
If access to a course, community, mentorship program, or other service is terminated because of fraud, unauthorized sharing, content piracy, harassment, abuse, payment fraud, or another material violation of our Terms & Conditions, the customer may not be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.
